Chicken, Arugula, and Grilled Peach Salad

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 6 peaches, pitted and halved
- 2 (5-oz) pkg baby arugula
- ½ cup balsamic vinaigrette
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 (4-oz) log goat cheese, crumbled
- ½ cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Combine oil and honey; brush over cut sides of peaches.
- Grill peaches, covered, cut sides down, 3 to 4 minutes or until tender and lightly charred; cool and slice peaches.
- Toss together arugula and vinaigrette; divide among 6 plates. Top with peaches, chicken, cheese, and nuts.
