Peach Pie Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 peaches, sliced
  • 4 Tbsp butter, melted and divided
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Unroll crescent dough, and separate at perforations. Place on prepared baking sheet.
  2. Stir together granulated sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over dough. Place 2 to 3 peach slices on wide end of each dough triangle. Drizzle with 2 Tbsp butter.
  3. Roll up, and pinch edges together to prevent juices from leaking while baking. Brush with 2 Tbsp butter.
  4. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly. Whisk together powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk. Drizzle over pies.
