Peach Pie Bites
Ingredients
- 1 (8-oz) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 peaches, sliced
- 4 Tbsp butter, melted and divided
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Unroll crescent dough, and separate at perforations. Place on prepared baking sheet.
- Stir together granulated sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over dough. Place 2 to 3 peach slices on wide end of each dough triangle. Drizzle with 2 Tbsp butter.
- Roll up, and pinch edges together to prevent juices from leaking while baking. Brush with 2 Tbsp butter.
- Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly. Whisk together powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk. Drizzle over pies.
