Tomato and Creamy Pesto English Muffin Toasts

Ingredients

  • ½ (8-oz) pkg ⅓-less-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 3 Tbsp pesto
  • 4 whole wheat English muffins, split and toasted
  • 1 pint multicolored cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 (0.5-oz) pkg fresh basil, sliced

Instructions

  1. Stir together cream cheese and pesto in a bowl with a fork until smooth. Spread over cut sides of muffins. Top with tomatoes and basil before serving.
