Ground Turkey Greek Salad

Ingredients
- ½ (20-oz) pkg ground turkey
- ½ Tbsp olive oil
- ½ (14.5-oz) can fire-roasted diced tomatoes, drained
- ½ Tbsp salt-free Greek seasoning
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- ½ pint grape tomatoes, halved
- ¾ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 3 Tbsp olive oil vinaigrette
Instructions
- Cook turkey in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until browned and crumbly. Stir in tomatoes, seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook 5 minutes.
- Divide lettuce between 2 serving plates. Top with turkey, tomatoes, and cheese. Drizzle with vinaigrette.
