Ingredients

  • 2 lb tilapia fillets
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups crushed gluten-free sea salt and vinegar kettle-cooked potato chips
  • 2 lemons, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Pat fish dry with paper towels. Brush top of each fillet with mayonnaise; season lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Press crushed chips over fish. Bake 10 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Serve with lemon wedges.

  • 1 (28-oz) pkg frozen gluten-free steak fries
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss fries with oil, chili powder, and garlic powder on a lightly greased rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
  2. Bake according to package directions.
