Spinach-Mushroom Pizza
Quick Mixed Greens Salad
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 2 (8-oz) pkg whole mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 (10-oz) pkg spinach
- 1 (13.8-oz) can refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 (8-oz) jar pesto
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and garlic; cook, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Gradually stir in spinach until wilted.
- Unroll dough onto a lightly greased large baking sheet. Spread pesto over dough; top with mushroom mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (11-oz) pkg spring mix
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 (2-oz) pkg chopped walnuts
- ⅓ cup balsamic vinaigrette
