Melon and Grape Toss
Ingredients
- 1 romaine lettuce heart, torn
- 1 English cucumber, sliced
- 1 (8-oz) pkg sweet mini peppers
- 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced low-sodium turkey breast
- 2 flax, oat bran, and whole wheat pita bread rounds, cut into wedges (see Note)
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
Instructions
- Divide lettuce, cucumber, peppers, turkey, and pita among 4 serving plates. Serve with tzatziki sauce.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1½ cups cubed honeydew melon
- 1½ cups seedless red grapes
- 1½ tsp lemon juice
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together melon, grapes, and lemon juice in a bowl.
