Ingredients

  • 1 romaine lettuce heart, torn
  • 1 English cucumber, sliced
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg sweet mini peppers
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced low-sodium turkey breast
  • 2 flax, oat bran, and whole wheat pita bread rounds, cut into wedges (see Note)
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce

Instructions

  1. Divide lettuce, cucumber, peppers, turkey, and pita among 4 serving plates. Serve with tzatziki sauce.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1½ cups cubed honeydew melon
  • 1½ cups seedless red grapes
  • 1½ tsp lemon juice

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together melon, grapes, and lemon juice in a bowl.
