Ingredients
- 1½ (14-oz) pkg frozen popcorn shrimp (or use chicken nuggets)
- ¼ cup hoisin sauce
- ¼ cup honey
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 1 lime, halved
- 1½ Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- ¾ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- ¾ cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
Instructions
- Bake shrimp according to package directions. Meanwhile, mix together hoisin sauce, honey, soy sauce, 2 Tbsp lime juice, and cornstarch in a bowl until smooth.
- Meanwhile, sauté garlic and crushed red pepper flakes in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add broth; bring to a simmer. Add hoisin mixture. Cook, stirring, 1 minute or until just thickened.
- Open broccoli package, and chop. Add broccoli to skillet. Cook 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in baked popcorn shrimp; cook 1 minute, tossing to coat. Serve over Sesame Rice recipe.

- 3 (8.5-oz) pouches basmati rice
- 2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions in microwave. Combine all rice in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with sesame seeds; toss.
