Pizza Nachos

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (or use ground Italian pork sausage)
  • 1 (6-oz) pkg pepperoni
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 (11-oz) pkg gluten-free tortilla chips
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (4.25-oz) can sliced black olives, drained
  • ½ cup sliced green olives
  • ½ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 (14-oz) jar gluten-free pizza sauce, heated

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cook beef, pepperoni, garlic, and Italian seasoning in a large skillet over medium heat until sausage is browned and crumbly; drain on paper towels.
  3. Arrange tortilla chips on foil-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with sausage mixture and olives.
  4. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve pizza sauce with nachos for dipping.
