Pepperoni and Canadian Bacon Pita Pizzas
Cucumbers and Ranch
Ingredients
- 4 whole wheat pita bread rounds
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup low-sodium marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 2 oz turkey pepperoni
- ½ (6-oz) pkg Canadian bacon, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Brush pitas with oil; place on a baking sheet, and bake 5 minutes.
- Spread each pita with pizza sauce; top with cheese, pepperoni, and Canadian bacon. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 English cucumber, sliced
- ¼ cup refrigerated yogurt Ranch dressing
Side Dish Instructions
- Serve cucumber with dressing.
