Pepperoni and Canadian Bacon Pita Pizzas

Ingredients

  • 4 whole wheat pita bread rounds
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup low-sodium marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz turkey pepperoni
  • ½ (6-oz) pkg Canadian bacon, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Brush pitas with oil; place on a baking sheet, and bake 5 minutes.
  2. Spread each pita with pizza sauce; top with cheese, pepperoni, and Canadian bacon. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

  • 1 English cucumber, sliced
  • ¼ cup refrigerated yogurt Ranch dressing

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Serve cucumber with dressing.
