Strawberry-Basil Yogurt Parfaits
Ingredients
- 1 lemon
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 (16-oz) pkg strawberries, quartered
- 1 (0.5-oz) pkg fresh basil, finely chopped
- 4 (6-oz) cartons low-fat vanilla yogurt
- ¾ cup sliced roasted almonds
Instructions
- Grate zest and squeeze juice from lemon. Whisk together lemon zest, lemon juice, and honey in a large bowl. Add berries and basil; toss. Let stand 10 minutes.
- Layer yogurt, berry mixture, and nuts into 4 serving glasses or bowls.
