Cheeseburger Casserole
Broccoli with Ranch DipIngredients
- 4 slices bacon
- 1½ lb ground beef (or use ground turkey)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
- 3 large dill pickle spears, chopped
- 1 Roma tomato, seeded and chopped
- 4 slices American cheese
- 3 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain and crumble.
- Meanwhile, cook beef and onion in a large pot over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly; drain. Stir in ½ cup Cheddar cheese, bacon, pickles, and tomato.
- Spoon into a greased 11- x 7-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with ½ cup Cheddar; top with American cheese.
- Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with shredded lettuce.

- 4 cups broccoli florets
- ½ cup Ranch dressing
Side Dish Instructions
- Serve broccoli with Ranch dressing on each plate.
