Greek Pork Salad

Ingredients
- 1 lb center cut pork loin chops, cut into ½-inch pieces
- ½ Tbsp Greek seasoning
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 5 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- ½ cucumber, diced
- 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 green onions, sliced
- ½ cup Greek vinaigrette dressing
Instructions
- Toss pork with Greek seasoning. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add pork. Cook, stirring occasionally, 4 to 6 minutes or until browned; set aside.
- Toss together romaine, cucumber, tomatoes, cheese, and onions in a large bowl. Add Greek dressing, and toss. Top each serving with pork.
