Asian Barbecue Chicken Wings
Ramen Noodle Slaw
Ingredients
- 4 lb chicken wings
- 2 cups honey barbecue sauce
- 1½ to 2 Tbsp Sriracha hot sauce (or other hot sauce)
- 2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Place chicken in a lightly greased 5- to 7-quart slow cooker.
- Whisk together barbecue sauce, Sriracha, soy sauce, and garlic; pour over chicken. Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours or until wings are done.
- Sprinkle with green onions.

- ½ cup sliced almonds
- 1 (3-oz) pkg chicken-flavored ramen noodles
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 (16-oz) pkg coleslaw mix
Side Dish Instructions
- Toast nuts in a dry skillet over medium heat 3 minutes or until golden.
- Crush ramen noodles while still in the bag.
- Whisk together oil, vinegar, sugar, red pepper flakes, and seasoning packet from ramen noodles in a large bowl. Add coleslaw mix, nuts, and ramen noodles; toss.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
