Asian Barbecue Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 4 lb chicken wings
  • 2 cups honey barbecue sauce
  • 1½ to 2 Tbsp Sriracha hot sauce (or other hot sauce)
  • 2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 3 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Place chicken in a lightly greased 5- to 7-quart slow cooker.
  2. Whisk together barbecue sauce, Sriracha, soy sauce, and garlic; pour over chicken. Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours or until wings are done.
  3. Sprinkle with green onions.

  • ½ cup sliced almonds
  • 1 (3-oz) pkg chicken-flavored ramen noodles
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup white vinegar
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg coleslaw mix

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toast nuts in a dry skillet over medium heat 3 minutes or until golden.
  2. Crush ramen noodles while still in the bag.
  3. Whisk together oil, vinegar, sugar, red pepper flakes, and seasoning packet from ramen noodles in a large bowl. Add coleslaw mix, nuts, and ramen noodles; toss.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
