Cilantro-Lime Sauce Burgers
Honey-Glazed Sweet PotatoesIngredients
- 4 (5.4-oz) grass-fed ground beef patties
- ¾ tsp salt, divided
- ¾ tsp pepper, divided
- ¼ cup paleo-friendly mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- ½ Tbsp lime juice
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp ground cumin
- 1 beefsteak tomato, thinly sliced
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 head Boston lettuce, leaves separated
Instructions
- Sprinkle patties with ½ tsp each salt and pepper. Cook patties in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Transfer to a plate; keep warm.
- Meanwhile, stir together mayonnaise, cilantro, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, and ¼ tsp each salt and pepper in a small bowl.
- Top patties with tomato, onion, and prepared sauce. Serve burgers using lettuce leaves as buns.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 4 sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 3 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 2 Tbsp raw honey
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss together all ingredients on a large rimmed baking sheet. Spread in a single layer.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are browned, stirring halfway through baking.
