Ingredients
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp prepared horseradish
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 lb deli-sliced roast beef
- 2 large tomatoes, cut into 8 slices
- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
Instructions
- Combine mayonnaise, horseradish, and lemon juice.
- Arrange roast beef slices in 8 stacks. Top with mayonnaise mixture, tomato, lettuce, and onion. Roll up; secure with wooden picks.

- 2 English cucumbers
- 2 carrots
- 2½ Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- ¼ tsp salt
Side Dish Instructions
