Grilled Salmon Salad

Ingredients
- 6 (6-oz) skinless salmon fillets (or use frozen)
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 lime, halved
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 (10-oz) pkg spring mix
- 2 avocados, diced
- 2 mangoes, sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Sprinkle fish with salt; squeeze lime juice over fish. Grill fish 6 minutes per side or until fish flakes with a fork. Flake fish into a bowl; set aside.
- Whisk together oil and vinegar in a large bowl. Add salad greens, avocados, mangoes, and onion; toss. Top with fish.
