Grilled Barbecue Pork Chops
Scalloped Potatoes and Green Beans
Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless pork loin chops
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 (18-oz) bottle barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Sprinkle pork with garlic salt and . pepper. Grill pork, 4 to 5 minutes per side or until browned.
- Brush with desired amount of sauce, and grill 2 to 3 minutes more or until a meat thermometer inserted in thickest portion registers 145°F.
- Serve with additional sauce, if desired.

- 1 (32-oz) carton chicken broth
- 3 (14.5-oz) cans cut green beans, drained
- 4 slices bacon, cut in half

- Combine broth, beans, and bacon in a saucepan; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
