Grilled Barbecue Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless pork loin chops
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 (18-oz) bottle barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Sprinkle pork with garlic salt and . pepper. Grill pork, 4 to 5 minutes per side or until browned.
  2. Brush with desired amount of sauce, and grill 2 to 3 minutes more or until a meat thermometer inserted in thickest portion registers 145°F.
  3. Serve with additional sauce, if desired.

  • 2 (20-oz) cartons refrigerated scalloped potatoes
  • 1 (32-oz) carton chicken broth
  • 3 (14.5-oz) cans cut green beans, drained
  • 4 slices bacon, cut in half

  1. Heat potatoes according to package directions.
  2. Combine broth, beans, and bacon in a saucepan; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 30 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
