Parmesan Grits and Garlic BreadIngredients
- ¾ lb round steak, cut into 6-inch pieces
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (14.5-oz) can diced tomatoes with green peppers, celery, and onion
- ½ cup chopped onion
- ½ green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ Tbsp Cajun seasoning
Instructions
- Season steak with salt and pepper. Cook in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 3 minutes per side or until browned.
- Place steak in a 4-or 5-quart slow cooker. Add tomatoes, onion, bell pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and Cajun seasoning. Cover and cook on LOW 8 hours. Serve over Parmesan Grits recipe.

- 1 cup quick-cooking grits
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp butter
- ½ (16-oz) loaf garlic bread
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook grits according to package directions; stir in cheese and butter until melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat garlic bread according to package directions.
