Spicy Beef Totchos

Ingredients
- ½ (32-oz) pkg frozen potato tots
- ¾ lb ground beef
- ½ (1-oz) envelope hot and spicy taco seasoning mix
- ¼ cup water
- 1 cup shredded Mexican-blend cheese
- ¼ cup sour cream
- ½ (8-oz) pkg shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, chopped
Instructions
- Bake potato tots according to package directions in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Meanwhile, cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Add seasoning mix and water; cook until mixture is very thick.
- Spoon beef mixture over tater tots; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Top with sour cream, lettuce, and tomato.
