Southern Barbecue Beef Wraps

Bacon Baked Beans and Onion Rings

Ingredients

  • 6 burrito-size flour tortillas
  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 5 green onions, sliced
  • 1 (10-oz) pkg angel hair coleslaw
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen corn
  • 1½ cups barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat tortillas according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, cook beef and onions in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
  3. Stir in coleslaw and corn; cover and cook 4 minutes or until tender. Stir in barbecue sauce.
  4. Spoon filling mixture onto tortillas; fold in sides of each tortilla, and roll up to enclose filling. Cut wraps in half, if desired.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (28-oz) can baked beans
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • ¼ cup packed brown sugar
  • 6 slices bacon, coarsely chopped
  • 2 (16-oz) pkg frozen onion rings

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine beans, onion, and brown sugar in a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with bacon.
  2. Bake 30 minutes or until bacon is cooked and beans are hot and bubbly.
  3. Bake onion rings according to package directions.
