Pepperoni Pizza Cake
Caesar Salad and French RollsIngredients
- ½ (16-oz) pkg spaghetti
- ½ (5-oz) pkg miniature pepperoni
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¾ cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain and place in a large bowl.
- Add pepperoni, cheese, milk, eggs, salt, and pepper, stirring until combined.
- Spoon mixture into a well-greased 10-inch Bundt pan. Bake 30 minutes or until browned and bubbly. Let cool in pan 15 minutes. Invert pizza cake onto a serving platter and cut into wedges to serve.
