Everything Bagel Chicken
Parmesan-Roasted Broccoli and Tomatoes
Ingredients
- ¾ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp everything bagel seasoning
- 6 Tbsp honey mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450ºF. Arrange chicken in a small baking dish. Brush butter over chicken; sprinkle with seasoning, pressing gently to adhere.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until done. Serve with honey mustard for dipping .
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 1 cup grape tomatoes
- 1½ Tbsp olive oil
- ⅛ tsp crushed red pepper
- ¼ cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together broccoli, tomatoes, oil, and pepper on a large rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
- Bake 10 minutes or until almost tender. Sprinkle with cheese; toss. Bake 5 minutes longer or until tender.
