Italian Shrimp and Pasta

Easy Caesar Salad

Ingredients

  • 6 oz fettuccine
  • 2½ Tbsp butter
  • ½ (0.7-oz) envelope Italian dressing mix
  • ¾ lb peeled and deveined, medium-size raw shrimp
  • 1 cup halved grape tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add dressing mix, stirring to combine.
  3. Add shrimp and tomatoes; cook, stirring, 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Serve over pasta.

  • ½ (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
  • 6 Tbsp light Caesar dressing
  • ⅛ tsp pepper

  1. Toss together all ingredients in a bowl.
