Italian Shrimp and Pasta
Easy Caesar Salad
Ingredients
- 6 oz fettuccine
- 2½ Tbsp butter
- ½ (0.7-oz) envelope Italian dressing mix
- ¾ lb peeled and deveined, medium-size raw shrimp
- 1 cup halved grape tomatoes
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add dressing mix, stirring to combine.
- Add shrimp and tomatoes; cook, stirring, 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Serve over pasta.

- ½ (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- 6 Tbsp light Caesar dressing
- ⅛ tsp pepper

- Toss together all ingredients in a bowl.
