Slow-Cooker Grillades
Cheddar Cauli-Grits
Ingredients
- 2 lb round steak, cut into 6-inch pieces
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp canola oil
- 1 (28-oz) can petite diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
Instructions
- Season steak with salt and pepper.
- Cook steak in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 3 minutes per side or until browned. Transfer to a 5- to 7-quart slow cooker.
- Add tomatoes, onion, Worcestershire sauce, and Cajun seasoning to cooker. Cover and cook on LOW 8 hours. Serve over Cheddar Cauli-Grits recipe.

- 2 (10-oz) pkg frozen riced cauliflower
- ⅔ cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook cauliflower rice according to package directions. Stir in cheese .
