Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen banana slices (3 cups) 
  • ¾ cup 1% low-fat milk
  • 3 Tbsp unsweetened baking cocoa
  • 3 Tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • ½ cup high-protein granola

Instructions

  1. Process frozen bananas, milk, cocoa, peanut butter, and vanilla in a food processor or high-power blended until smooth, scraping sides as needed.
  2. Divide among 4 (preferably chilled) serving bowls. Top each bowl with sliced banana and granola.
