Chocolate-Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowls
Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen banana slices (3 cups)
- ¾ cup 1% low-fat milk
- 3 Tbsp unsweetened baking cocoa
- 3 Tbsp natural peanut butter
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 banana, sliced
- ½ cup high-protein granola
Instructions
- Process frozen bananas, milk, cocoa, peanut butter, and vanilla in a food processor or high-power blended until smooth, scraping sides as needed.
- Divide among 4 (preferably chilled) serving bowls. Top each bowl with sliced banana and granola.
