Pesto-Burrata Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 (1-lb) ball bakery pizza dough
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (6-oz) jar pesto
- 1 (8-oz) pkg burrata cheese (or use fresh mozzarella), torn into large pieces
- ½ cup pine nuts
- ½ cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 Tbsp balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Roll out pizza dough into a 16-inch round on a greased baking sheet; prick dough all over with a fork. Brush with oil; sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper, if desired. Bake 8 minutes.
- Spread pesto over partially baked crust; top with cheese. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until crust is golden, adding nuts during last 3 minutes of cooking.
- Top pizza with basil and balsamic glaze. Cut pizza into 6 slices; serve 2 slices. Refrigerate leftovers for another meal.
