Sirloin Steak Salad

Ingredients

  • ¾ lb boneless sirloin steak, trimmed
  • ½ Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
  • 1 (5-oz) pkg spring mix
  • ½ tomato, chopped
  • ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 slice bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • ¼ cup red wine vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler. Sprinkle steak with seasoning. Place steak on a lightly greased broiler pan.
  2. Broil 8 to 10 minutes or to desired doneness, turning once. Let stand 10 minutes before thinly slicing across the grain.
  3. Combine spring mix, tomato, onion, and bacon in a bowl. Drizzle with dressing, and toss. Arrange salad on 2 plates; top with steak.
