Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad
Garlic Bread
Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 2 (11.6-oz) pkg bacon Caesar salad kits
- 1 (5-oz) pkg arugula
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Cut chicken in half crosswise, and pound to an even thickness in a zip-top plastic bag using the heel of your hand or a meat mallet; sprinkle with seasoning.
- Grill chicken, covered, on a lightly greased grill rack 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done; cool and thinly slice.
- Meanwhile, prepare salads according to package directions in a large bowl; add arugula and tomatoes; toss. Top with chicken.
