Deep-Dish Sausage and Pepperoni Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 (13.8-oz) can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (20-oz) pkg sweet Italian pork sausage, casings removed
  • 1 (6-oz) pkg pepperoni
  • 1 (24-oz) jar pasta sauce
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Press dough into bottom and up sides of a lightly greased 13-x 9-inch baking dish; sprinkle with mozzarella.
  2. Cook sausage and pepperoni in a large skillet over medium heat until sausage is browned and crumbly; drain. Stir in pasta sauce and Italian seasoning; cook, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes. Spoon mixture over mozzarella. Top with Parmesan.
  3. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until crust is golden brown and pizza is bubbly.

  • 1 (12-oz) pkg classic iceberg salad
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • 1 (2.25-oz) can sliced black olives, drained
  • ½ cup balsamic vinaigrette

  1. Toss together all ingredients in a bowl just before serving.
