Deep-Dish Sausage and Pepperoni Pizza
Chopped Italian SaladIngredients
- 1 (13.8-oz) can refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 (20-oz) pkg sweet Italian pork sausage, casings removed
- 1 (6-oz) pkg pepperoni
- 1 (24-oz) jar pasta sauce
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Press dough into bottom and up sides of a lightly greased 13-x 9-inch baking dish; sprinkle with mozzarella.
- Cook sausage and pepperoni in a large skillet over medium heat until sausage is browned and crumbly; drain. Stir in pasta sauce and Italian seasoning; cook, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes. Spoon mixture over mozzarella. Top with Parmesan.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until crust is golden brown and pizza is bubbly.

- 1 (12-oz) pkg classic iceberg salad
- 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- 1 (2.25-oz) can sliced black olives, drained
- ½ cup balsamic vinaigrette
