Caesar Shrimp Salad

Ingredients
- 2 lb peeled and deveined, medium-size raw shrimp
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 8 cups sliced romaine lettuce
- 1 cup halved grape tomatoes
- ½ cup freshly grated or shredded Parmesan cheese
- ¾ cup Caesar dressing
Instructions
- Sauté shrimp in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes per side or until shrimp turn pink.
- Toss together lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and dressing in a bowl. Top with shrimp.
