Spinach-Artichoke Grilled Cheese
Sliced Peaches and Blueberries
Ingredients
- 12 slices sourdough bread (or use any hearty bread)
- 12 slices Havarti cheese with dill
- 1 (16-oz) carton deli spinach-artichoke dip
- 1 (6-oz) pkg baby spinach
- ½ cup butter, softened
Instructions
- Top half of bread slices each with 1 slice cheese.
- Spread ¼ cup artichoke dip on cheese slices; arrange about 1 cup spinach leaves over dip, and top with remaining cheese slices. Cover with remaining bread slices. Spread softened butter on outsides of sandwiches.
- Cook sandwiches in a large nonstick skillet over medium-low heat 4 minutes per side or until bread is toasted and cheese is melted.

- 3 peaches, sliced (or use 4 nectarines)
- 1 pint blueberries, rinsed
Side Dish Instructions
- Combine peaches and berries in a bowl. Chill.
