Ingredients

  • 1 lb peeled and deveined, medium-size raw shrimp
  • 1½ Tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cups sliced romaine lettuce
  • ½ cup halved grape tomatoes
  • ¼ cup freshly grated or shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 6 Tbsp Caesar dressing

Instructions

  1. Sauté shrimp in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes per side or until shrimp turn pink.
  2. Toss together lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and dressing in a bowl. Top with shrimp.
