Slow Cooker Jerk Pork Chops
Sour Cream-Lime Slaw
Ingredients
- 1 lb thick cut boneless pork chops
- 1 Tbsp Caribbean Jerk seasoning
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 Tbsp butter, diced
- ¼ cup water
Instructions
- Sprinkle pork with Jerk seasoning and salt.
- Arrange half of onion in a lightly greased 3-or 4-quart slow cooker. Arrange pork over onion. Top with remaining onion; dot with butter. Add water.
- Cover and cook on LOW 6 hours or until pork chops are tender.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp olive-oil mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp sour cream
- ¼ tsp lime zest
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- ½ tsp minced garlic
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- ½ (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
Side Dish Instructions
- Whisk together first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Add slaw; toss.
