Blueberry-Oat Crumble Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 (15.25-oz) box yellow cake mix
  • 2½ cups quick-cooking oats
  • ¾ cup butter, melted
  • 1 (21-oz) can blueberry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 13-x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Mix cake mix and oats in a bowl; stir in melted butter until crumbly.
  3. Firmly press half of crumb mixture into baking dish; gently spread blueberry filling over crumb crust.
  4. Spread remaining crumb mixture over blueberry filling, and press gently.
  5. Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely, and cut into bars. Makes 2 dozen.
