Blackberry Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blackberries (or use ½ cup blackberries and ½ cup blueberries)
  • ½ cup vanilla frozen yogurt
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tsp honey

Instructions

  1. Puree blackberries in a blender until smooth.
  2. If desired, using a spoon, press pureed berries through a strainer to remove seeds.
  3. Combine berry puree, frozen yogurt, almond milk, and honey in blender. Puree until blended; pour into a tall glass. Makes 1 serving.
