Blackberry Shake

Ingredients
- 1 cup blackberries (or use ½ cup blackberries and ½ cup blueberries)
- ½ cup vanilla frozen yogurt
- ⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tsp honey
Instructions
- Puree blackberries in a blender until smooth.
- If desired, using a spoon, press pureed berries through a strainer to remove seeds.
- Combine berry puree, frozen yogurt, almond milk, and honey in blender. Puree until blended; pour into a tall glass. Makes 1 serving.
