Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled
  • ¾ cup blueberries
  • ¾ cup raspberries
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup 2% reduced-fat milk
  • 1½ Tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Pour into 4 glasses.
