Beef Ramen Noodles
Sesame-Ginger Salad
Ingredients
- 1 (3-oz) pkg instant beef ramen noodles
- ½ lb ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ (20-oz) pkg frozen broccoli stir-fry
- ½ cup beef broth
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- ½ tsp ground ginger
Instructions
- Discard seasoning packet from noodles. Cook noodles according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook beef and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Add stir-fry mix to skillet; cover and cook 3 minutes.
- Meanwhile, whisk together broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, and ginger in a bowl. Add to skillet, and cook, stirring occasionally, until sauce is thickened and vegetables are thoroughly heated. Toss with hot cooked noodles.
Side Dish Ingredients
- ½ (10-oz) pkg spinach
- ½ (10-oz) pkg shredded carrots
- ½ (3.5-oz) pkg crispy wonton strips
- ¼ cup sesame-ginger dressing
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients just before serving.
