Old El Paso Mild Taco Sauce

Ingredients

  • ½ cup refrigerated yogurt Ranch dressing
  • 1 chipotle chile pepper in adobo sauce, chopped
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 (9-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1½ cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 (15-oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ cup roasted, salted pepitas (pumpkin seeds)

Instructions

  1. Stir together dressing and chipotle pepper. Toss together avocado and lime juice.
  2. Divide lettuce, chicken, beans, avocado, bell pepper, onion, and pepitas among 4 serving bowls; serving drizzled with dressing.
