Ham, Apple and Cheddar Paninis
Chilled Red GrapesIngredients
- 4 tsp Dijon mustard
- 8 (1-oz) slices multigrain bread
- 1½ cups shredded reduced-fat sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- ½ lb deli-sliced low-sodium ham
Instructions
- Spread mustard over cut sides of bread.
- Layer ¾ cup cheese, apple, and ham over 4 bread slices; top with remaining ¾ cup cheese and bread.
- Cook sandwiches in a preheated panini press or waffle iron, pressing down, 3 minutes per side or until toasted.
