Ham, Apple and Cheddar Paninis

Ingredients

  • 4 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 8 (1-oz) slices multigrain bread
  • 1½ cups shredded reduced-fat sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • ½ lb deli-sliced low-sodium ham

Instructions

  1. Spread mustard over cut sides of bread.
  2. Layer ¾ cup cheese, apple, and ham over 4 bread slices; top with remaining ¾ cup cheese and bread.
  3. Cook sandwiches in a preheated panini press or waffle iron, pressing down, 3 minutes per side or until toasted.

  • 2 cups seedless red grapes

  1. Chill grapes until ready to serve.
