Bacon Double Cheeseburgers
Potato Tots with Creamy Barbecue SauceIngredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg bacon
- 2 lb ground beef
- 3 Tbsp plus ½ cup barbecue sauce, divided
- 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced Cheddar cheese
- 6 hamburger buns, split and toasted
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crisp; drain on paper towels.
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Combine beef and 3 Tbsp barbecue sauce in a bowl. Shape mixture into 12 thin patties; season with salt and pepper.
- Grill patties, covered, 4 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Top each with 1 slice cheese.
- Spread remaining barbecue sauce over bottom halves of buns. Top each with 2 patties and bacon. Cover with bun tops.

- 1 (32-oz) pkg frozen potato tots
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake potato tots according to package directions.
- Whisk together mayonnaise and barbecue sauce in a small bowl. Serve sauce with tots.
