Honey-Buffalo Country-Style Pork Ribs

Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless country-style pork ribs, trimmed
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1½ cups mild or spicy buffalo wing sauce
  • ¼ cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle ribs with salt, and place in a greased 5- to 6-quart slow cooker. Whisk together wing sauce, broth, and honey. Pour over ribs.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW 7 to 8 hours or until ribs are tender.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb green beans, trimmed
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 1 (15-oz) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (15-oz) can dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Sauté garlic in hot oil in a large skillet 1 minute. Add green beans and water; cover and steam 4 minutes or until tender.
  2. Combine green beans and remaining ingredients in a bowl. Serve warm or at room temperature.
