Honey-Buffalo Country-Style Pork Ribs
Three-Bean Salad
Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless country-style pork ribs, trimmed
- ½ tsp salt
- 1½ cups mild or spicy buffalo wing sauce
- ¼ cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp honey
Instructions
- Sprinkle ribs with salt, and place in a greased 5- to 6-quart slow cooker. Whisk together wing sauce, broth, and honey. Pour over ribs.
- Cover and cook on LOW 7 to 8 hours or until ribs are tender.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1 (15-oz) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15-oz) can dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Sauté garlic in hot oil in a large skillet 1 minute. Add green beans and water; cover and steam 4 minutes or until tender.
- Combine green beans and remaining ingredients in a bowl. Serve warm or at room temperature.
