Ranch Pork Chops and Carrots
Parsley Rice
Ingredients
- 1½ lb boneless pork loin chops
- 6 carrots, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 (1-oz) envelope Ranch dressing mix
- 1 (10.5-oz) can cream of chicken soup
- ¾ cup low-sodium chicken broth
Instructions
- Layer pork, carrots, and onion in a 5- to 7-quart slow cooker. Stir together dressing mix, soup, and broth; pour over top.
- Cover and cook on LOW 6 to 7 hours or until pork is done.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1½ cups uncooked long-grain rice
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 3 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions; stir in butter, parsley, salt, and pepper.
