Baked Chili Spaghetti
Steamed Green Beans
Ingredients
- 1 (12-oz) pkg gluten-free spaghetti
- 1 lb ground beef (or use ground chicken or ground turkey)
- 2 (16-oz) cans kidney beans in mild chili sauce, undrained (see Note)
- 2 (14.5-oz) cans zesty chili-style tomatoes
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Mexican-blend cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and place in a large bowl.
- Meanwhile, cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat 8 minutes or until browned and crumbly; drain and transfer to bowl with pasta.
- Stir in undrained beans, tomatoes, and 1 cup cheese; spoon into a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

- ¼ cup butter
Side Dish Instructions
- Steam green beans according to package directions; toss with butter, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
