Peach-Blueberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
  • 1 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • 4 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 (4.4-oz) pkg blueberries
  • 2 peaches, chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine ¼ cup oats, ¼ cup milk, ¼ cup yogurt, and 1 Tbsp syrup in each of 4 Mason jars or airtight containers; cover and shake to combine.
  2. Chill 8 hours or overnight. Top with chia seeds, berries, and peaches before serving.
