Peach-Blueberry Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 1 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup pure maple syrup
- 4 tsp chia seeds
- 1 (4.4-oz) pkg blueberries
- 2 peaches, chopped
Instructions
- Combine ¼ cup oats, ¼ cup milk, ¼ cup yogurt, and 1 Tbsp syrup in each of 4 Mason jars or airtight containers; cover and shake to combine.
- Chill 8 hours or overnight. Top with chia seeds, berries, and peaches before serving.
