Ingredients

  • 1½ lb ground sirloin
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 6 onion rolls

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle beef with salt and pepper, if desired. Shape beef into 6 patties; cook patties in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink. Add cheese; cook 1 to 2 minutes until cheese melts.
  2. Meanwhile, cook onion in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 15 minutes or until tender and browned. Serve cheeseburgers on rolls with onions.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (10-oz) pkg spinach
  • 3 peaches, sliced
  • 1½ cups sliced strawberries
  • ⅓ cup olive oil vinaigrette

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together all ingredients in a bowl.
