Grouper with Dill Sauce
Garlicky BroccoliniIngredients
- 3 (6-oz) grouper fillets (or other firm white fish)
- 1 Tbsp canola oil
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ Tbsp Dijon mustard
- ½ Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- ½ Tbsp minced capers
- ½ Tbsp minced fresh dill (or use 1 tsp dried)
Instructions
- Brush fish with oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Cook fish in a large skillet over medium-high heat 4 minutes per side or until fish flakes with a fork.
- Stir together yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, capers, and dill. Serve with fish.

- 1 lb Broccolini
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp water
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook Broccolini in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Stir in garlic; cook 1 minute. Add water; cover and cook 2 minutes or until water evaporates and Broccolini is tender. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
