Grouper with Dill Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 (6-oz) grouper fillets (or other firm white fish)
  • 1 Tbsp canola oil
  • ¼ tsp salt 
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½ Tbsp minced capers
  • ½ Tbsp minced fresh dill (or use 1 tsp dried)

Instructions

  1. Brush fish with oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook fish in a large skillet over medium-high heat 4 minutes per side or until fish flakes with a fork.
  3. Stir together yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, capers, and dill. Serve with fish.

  • 1 lb Broccolini
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook Broccolini in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
  2. Stir in garlic; cook 1 minute. Add water; cover and cook 2 minutes or until water evaporates and Broccolini is tender. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
