Grilled Hawaiian Chicken Skewers

Ingredients
- ¾ cup Hawaiian marinade (see Note)
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil, divided
- 2 lb chicken tenderloins
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Combine marinade and 1 Tbsp oil. Toss chicken with 1 Tbsp oil; thread each chicken tenderloin onto an 8-inch metal or bamboo skewer.
- Grill chicken, covered, 3 to 4 minutes per side or until done, basting with marinade mixture. Sprinkle with cilantro and sesame seeds.
Side Dish Ingredients
- ¼ cup sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 6 heads baby bok choy, halved
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ⅛ tsp crushed red pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Brush oil and vinegar over bok choy; sprinkle with salt and red pepper.
- Grill bok choy, covered, 2 minutes per side or until lightly browned.
