- 18 street taco-size flour tortillas
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Mexican-blend cheese
Instructions
- Cut pork into 1-inch cubes; rub with chile pepper, garlic, and cumin. Cook pork in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned, stirring occasionally.
- Heat tortillas according to package directions; serve pork in warm tortillas with cheese.
