Baked Shrimp and Sausage
Garlic Bread
Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg smoked sausage, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 (24-oz) pkg honey gold potatoes, halved
- 4 Tbsp olive oil, divided
- 6 ears corn, shucked
- 2 lb frozen unpeeled large raw shrimp, thawed
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 (12-oz) bottle cocktail sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss together sausage, potatoes, and 2 Tbsp oil. Spread in a single layer on a lightly greased large rimmed baking sheet; season lightly with salt and pepper. Bake 25 minutes or until potatoes are browned and tender.
- Cut corn in half; rub with 1 Tbsp oil. Place on a second lightly greased large rimmed baking sheet. Arrange shrimp around corn; drizzle with 1 Tbsp oil. Season corn and shrimp lightly with salt and pepper. Bake 10 minutes or until shrimp are pink.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a small saucepan; stir in lemon juice and seasoning. Drizzle half of butter mixture over pan with sausage and potatoes, and remaining butter mixture over corn and shrimp. Divide among 6 plates and serve with cocktail sauce.
